The HQ Eastern Command will hold an “Ex Servicemen Job Seminar” at Narangi Cantt, Guwahati under 51 Sub Area on February 11 and 12.
The seminar is designed to connect veterans with local employers and provide them with the resources they need to find meaningful employment. A press release here today said the seminar will feature a wide range of employers, including small businesses and large corporations, as well as government agencies and non-profit organizations. These organizations will discuss job openings, provide information on their hiring process and conduct on-site interviews.
The event will also include workshops and seminars on job search strategies, resume building, and interviewing techniques. These sessions will be led by experts in the field and will provide veterans with the tools they need to stand out in the job market.
An ESM rally will also be held, which would help veterans by providing Medical Camp. Reps of all record offices will also be present in the ESM rally to redress any documentation related grievances of ESM.

Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma and Lt Gen RP Kalita, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Command will attend the event and address the ESM.
