The office of the Deputy Commissioner of West Jaintia Hills has sanctioned Rs 4 lakh each for five victims of disasters.
This will be paid as gratuitous relief to the next of kin of people who lost their lives to lightning and fire under Thadlaskein and Amlarem blocks.
