The District Magistrate of East Khasi Hills has declared dry days in the district for the upcoming February 27 Assembly election.
There will be dry days on February 25-27 and on March 2, which is the day that the votes will be counted. All IMFL licensed premises (wholesale and retail), bars, canteens, country spirit shops and outstills shall remain closed on the above mentioned dates.
