The Deputy Commissioner (Excise) East Khasi Hills District has declared December 24 and 25 as well as January 1 as dry days in the entire district on account of Christmas and New Year respectively.
All bonded warehouses, IMFL shops/bars/hotels/clubs/canteens and outstill shall remain closed on those days.
