As part of its civic action programme, the 67th Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), in collaboration with Iatreilang Foundation, reconstructed a community hall in Tyrsad, East Khasi Hills, and dedicated the renovated structure today.
The ceremony was inaugurated by 67th Bn CRPF Commandant Alok Bhattacharya in the presence of local MDC Lamphrang Blah and several other dignitaries.
In his address, the Commandant expressed his gratitude to Iatreilang Foundation and the residents and leaders of Tyrsad village for their support in carrying out the programme. He also reiterated the resolve of the CRPF to continuously strive to serve the people of the country.
