Police in North Garo Hills have recovered three stolen scooties in the past few days after picking up a suspect, Palsrang R Marak, alias Chusrang.
The 20-year-old, a resident of Tengasot, in Assam’s Goalpara district, was arrested by police and one two-wheeler was recovered that day.
Subsequently, based on leads provided by Marak, two more scooties were recovered, police informed today. The accused has been arrested and duly forwarded to the court for further legal proceedings.
