The Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills informed today that the SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) cell and Meghalaya Model United Nations are organising quiz, poetry, slogan writing and drawing competitions in connection with the upcoming Assembly elections.
Cash awards for each competition are Rs 2,500, Rs 1,500 and Rs 1,000 for first, second and third prizes respectively.
