The East Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner of Supply has issued notification regarding the exercise of claims and objections under Meghalaya Food Security Rules, 2018.
According to the notification, people of the district who are willing to be included in the National Food Security Act, 2013, AAY and PHH should submit the duly filled in forms on or before November 20.
The notification also said that the verifications of claims and objections will be done by the concerned magistrate and officer and the intimation will be given in due course of time.
It further added that the necessary forms can be downloaded from the district website – eastgarohills.gov.in.
