The Chief Minister’s Youth Centre project which is known for its holistic approach towards alternate education, added a third component to it’s working in Meghalaya – Chess.
Chess is now one of the three sports introduced in the CMYC program – the other being Ultimate Frisbee and Football.
Training programs have been introduced in ten centres across the CMYC Project with Meghalaya Association for Chess Education (MACE) as a partner organisation in the program design.
