Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the newly constructed office complex of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) at Mawdiangdiang in New Shillong.
The office was inaugurated during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the CBI in which the new complexes of CBI Pune and Nagpur were also inaugurated by the Prime Minister.
The CBI office in the state was functioning from a rented premise in Oakland Road.
