The Sub-Divisional Officer (Supply), Sohra Civil Sub-Division has informed fair price shop dealers (renewal/replacement) to submit their application for renewal of their dealership.
Since the term of all the existing fair price shop dealers (urban and rural) centres will expire on December 31, 2022 the office has asked them to submit their applications in prescribed form affixed with a Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 25 for renewal of the same for the year 2023-2027.
The application form should be submitted along with the photocopies of EPIC, Aadhaar No., Nominee Aadhaar Card, Bank Account, Mobile No., two recent passport size photos and resolution of the Village Dorbar and Vigilance Committee constituted for the year 2023, a press release said.
Duly filled in application should be submitted on or before the October 15 to the office.
