The retrieved body of a miner who was trapped in a flooded coal mine in Umpleng Krem Ule, East Jaintia Hills is yet to be identified, authorities informed on Wednesday.
According to the Superintendent of Police (SP), East Jaintia Hills district, inquest, autopsy and other formalities have been completed and the dead body has been kept in the Hospital Morgue of Khliehriat CHC, for identification and claiming.
