Over 60 people today donated blood to commemorate Doctors Day at Nazareth Hospital.
The blood donation camp was organised by the Rotary Club of Shillong Heritage in collaboration with SBTC, NHM and MACS Meghalaya to appreciate doctors for their service towards the society.
Many donors from defence establishments also turned up for the camp.
A 92-year old Anestheiastic of Nazareth Hospital, Dr. Binoy Kumar Mazumdar was felicitated on the occasion.
Certificates and energy packets were provided to the donors.
