      The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Meghalaya Pradesh has formed the Mandal of 18-West Shillong Constituency with Moses Bareh as the President.

      The formation function was attended by State BJP President Ernest Mawrie and BJP Shillong District President Nitin Khera along with other senior members of the party.
