Bank of Maharashtra Shillong Branch celebrated its first decade of opening its doors to the people of Meghalaya yesterday at its office in Howell Road, Laban.
Thanking all patrons and especially the residents of Laban area for their faithful support and trust upon a bank from such a faraway distance and giving it the opportunity to serve, Branch Manager A B Singh said, “Our crossing this significant milestone is all due to the love and respect we have received from you all,” adding, “Special appreciation also must be given to all staff members who dedicatedly and sincerely performed their duties and even in the midst of the pandemic.”
Singh also acknowledged that technology and especially accessible internet has been a major contributor to the bank’s good performance and service to its patrons.
