The Achik Students Welfare Association (ASWA) has urged the government to launch 108 ambulance services in Selsella community health centre.
In a letter to the Mission Director National Health Mission, ASWA president Herley N Sangma said the health centre covers many villages with a high population but unfortunately the 108 ambulance service is not covered.
He said due to the absence of an ambulance the people of Selsella are facing immense difficulty during emergency.
