Shillong, Mar 2: Architecture enthusiasts and industry professionals are set to converge in Shillong for the 35th JK Architect of the Year Awards, hosted by JK Cement.
This year’s jury meeting and entries exhibition will take place on March 13 and 14 to celebrate innovation, creativity, and excellence in architecture.
The entries exhibition will feature a myriad of architectural marvels, showcasing designs that are competing in 13 distinguished award categories.
The event will draw students from architecture colleges in the vicinity who will have the exclusive opportunity to witness the groundbreaking designs showcased at the entries exhibition.
Eminent architects from across India and other countries will gather at this event to evaluate the submissions and select winners based on skill, creativity, and vision.
The jury meeting is anticipated to be a dynamic exchange of ideas, perspectives, and insights, showcasing the diverse talent and expertise within the architecture community, a press release said.
