The A’chik Association for the Protection of Environment (AAPE) has constituted a unit for the Tikrikilla region in West Garo Hills to undertake the activities concerning the environment and to fulfill the objectives set by the association.
The unit comprises a governing body led by president Maneuver M Sangma, Jonggi T Sangma as vice-president, Baljoksrang Ch Sangma as general secretary, Siva D Marak as joint secretary, Cheangkan K Momin as chief organising secretary, among other executive members.
