The Badminton Promotional Group (BPG) Shillong will conduct the 1st Prize Money Badminton Tournament from July 24 to 26 at the JN Sports Complex here.
The objective of the tournament is to provide a platform for Meghalaya’s shuttlers to prepare for championships at the state and national levels.
BPG Shillong also aims to promote badminton talent and encourage the general public to live healthy lives by engaging in sport.
The organisers are expecting around 200 shuttlers from different districts in the state to take part.
