A stakeholders’ meeting on the ‘Customisation, enhancement and deployment of a digital solution for the empowerment of citizens in North East India’ was held at the College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences (CPGSAS), Umiam today.
This initiative is a project of the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Three institutions – Digital India Corporation of New Delhi, North East Space Applications Centre (NESAC) Umiam and CPGSAS – have jointly implemented the project.
The meeting was attended by eminent experts and discussion focused on leveraging digital technologies to empower citizens in the North East region, emphasising innovative solutions and sustainable development strategies.
