A weapon exhibition was organized by the Border Security Force (BSF) in Bakur area of West Jaiñtia Hills district today.
The programme was organised as part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration where the latest defence weapons and equipment used by BSF to thwart anti national elements were displayed.
More than 500 people including school children attended the exhibition to get a glimpse of the modern weapons. During the event, the children were thrilled to have a close look on these weapons and to know about the capabilities of these lethal weapons.
Alphonous Khonglah, general secretary of the area was the chief guest during the event.
