The Don Bosco past pupils will hold its annual rally at the Don Bosco Technical School in Laitumkhrah on September 11 from 9:30 am.
The Don Bosco Past Pupils Association, founded in 1932, holds its annual rally every second Sunday of September of the past 90 years, except for interruptions caused by Covid-19.
According to the organisers, these rallies are also for the alumni of Salesian Congregation run schools to recall and relive memories of their bygone happy days in Salesian congregation of St John Bosco run schools.
General secretary of the association, Dominic K Warjri said these rallies are also occasions for enabling the past pupils to renew and re-echo the clarion call of their motto to “Know, Love, Help One Another and Keep United.”
Besides the working session, the programme for the day also includes the election of new office bearers of the association, chalking out possible programmes for the next one year, a common meal and a variety musical programme.
