The East Jaiñtia Hills Deputy Commissioner has invited proposals from Non-Governmental Organisations/ Clubs/ Self Help Groups(s) of the district to avail financial assistance/ grant in aid under the Chief Minister Youth Development Scheme.
The programme and activities for financial assistance under the scheme include Youth Programme/ Adventure Programme, Cleaning Drive coincide with Gandhiji Birthday, Workshop/ Seminars on Youth Problem and Youth Development, and Youth Counseling Programme.
The financial assistance to be sanctioned under the scheme will depend on the merit of the application/proposal. The proposals received from the NGOs/ SHGs/ Clubs shall be scrutinized by the District Level Screening Committee and the decision of the Committee will be final.
Interested Organisations/ Clubs/ SHGs/ Youth Group etc. are to submit their proposals in plain paper along with the details of the programme/activities, objectives and Registration Certificate to the Office of the District Planning Officer, East Jaiñtia Hills District on or before November 2.
