As part of its observation of the 7th International Yoga Day, on the theme “Be with Yoga, be at home”, the National Cadet Corps (NCC) unit of Shillong College will hold a virtual yoga lesson on Monday from 9am onwards. Yogi Shailesh Kumar Gaur will conduct the event, in which NCC cadets from the college will participate.
