A 14-year-old boy from Khliehriat went missing after he left home for school on January 22 last.
The District Child Protection Officer cum Secretary Child Welfare Committee, East Jaiñtia Hills District has sought the public’s help in locating Amit Sharma who is the son of Bhabani Sharma.
Amit left home for school to Don Bosco Higher Secondary, Khliehriat at around 8:40 am on that day and since then his whereabouts is unknown.
“Any person who have seen Amit Sharma or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Office of the District Child Protection Unit and Child Welfare Committee, East Jaintia Hills District at 8974749226 or may directly contact his family at 7085829115 or inform the nearest Police Station,” a press release issued here today said.
