Shillong, Aug 24: The Clinical Laboratory of Hope Clinic, Shillong has been awarded NABL accreditation in the field of medical testing.
The accreditation, valid till August 2030, is for Biochemistry.
NABL accreditation is granted after assessment of technical competence, quality management systems, testing processes, equipment and personnel competency.
Director of the clinic, Dr Daljit Singh Sethi said the aim has always been to provide accurate and dependable results backed by recognised quality standards, adding that the accreditation is both recognition and responsibility to maintain high standards of patient care.
With this, Hope Clinic is among the few healthcare organisations in Meghalaya recognised for meeting international standards in laboratory medicine.
