Shillong, Jul 21: A website for a national conference on ‘Natural Farming: Pathways to Self-Reliant Farming and Rural Prosperity (NCNF2026)’ was launched today. The conference will be held at the College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences (CPGSAS) Umiam.
CPGSAS falls under the Central Agricultural University (Imphal) and the latter’s Vice-Chancellor, Anupam Mishra, launched the website today.
The portal provides comprehensive information on the conference theme (One Farm, One Ecosystem and One Health), sub-themes, important dates, online registration, abstract submission, accommodation, programme schedule and other essential updates for participants.
The NCNF2026 aims to bring together scientists, academicians, policymakers, extension professionals, entrepreneurs, students and farmers from across the country to deliberate on sustainable agricultural practices, scientific innovations, policy interventions and collaborative approaches for promoting natural farming and strengthening rural livelihoods.
