Shillong, Mar 23: As excitement mounts for the arrival of Def Leppard, the UK’s greatest arena rock band, on their highly anticipated India tour this March, fans are in for a treat.
BookMyShow Live has announced the line-up of Indian rock acts that will open shows in three major cities—Shillong, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
The tour will feature renowned Indian rock bands such as Trance Effect, Indus Creed, and Thermal and a Quarter, bringing vibrant energy and local flavour to each concert.
Trance Effect is set to ignite the stage in Shillong on March 25, characterised by their compelling fusion of hard rock and contemporary influences, aiming to create a memorable experience in the country’s rock capital.
On March 27, the legendary Indus Creed will grace the stage in Mumbai. This pioneering band has played a crucial role in shaping the landscape of Indian rock since the late 1980s, with timeless hits that resonate with audiences.
Finally, on March 29, Bengaluru will host Thermal and a Quarter at Nice Grounds. Known for their unique blend of alternative rock infused with jazz, funk, and soul, this band is a celebrated name in India’s independent music scene.
