Shillong, Feb 14: In a surprising move, the State government has transferred East Jaintia Hills Superintendent of Police Vikash Kumar.
Anti Narcotic Task Force (ANTF), Shillong SP Pankaj Kumar Rasgania will take Kumar’s place.
