Shillong, Jan 23: Lok Bhavan (former Raj Bhavan) will host the 2nd Shillong Flower Show 2026 on January 26 and 27 here.
The event is being organised with the support of the Shillong Agri Horticultural Society and the Directorate of Horticulture.
The flower show will be formally inaugurated on January 26 in the gardens of Lok Bhavan at 8:15am by Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayashankar.
The two-day exhibition will feature an extensive display of flowers, ornamental plants and horticultural exhibits, showcasing the region’s rich floricultural diversity. The event seeks to promote horticulture, encourage local growers and raise public awareness about floriculture and gardening.
The Shillong Flower Show 2026 will be open to the public from 3pm to 8pm on January 26 and from 1pm to 8pm on January 27.
