Shillong, Oct 27: Kamlesh Singh, Organising Secretary of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Meghalaya will represent the country at the ASEAN Summit 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
A statement from the ABVP said Singh during the summit will focus on discussions that envision a futuristic roadmap for youth collaboration, emphasizing on cross-border innovation and startup ecosystems, green and inclusive growth initiatives, cultural and academic exchanges and people-to-people connect for a resilient and dynamic Indo-ASEAN partnership.
“This participation marks a significant milestone not only for Singh personally but also for the entire student fraternity of India. It presents an invaluable opportunity to amplify the voice, vision, and vitality of Indian youth on a global stage, fostering dialogue and cooperation with young leaders from ASEAN nations,” it said.
