Shillong, Oct 17:   British pop group Blue will perform live in India for the first time this December as part of their 25th Anniversary World Tour.

The UK-based band, known for songs such as All Rise, One Love, and Guilty, will bring their tour to three cities: Shillong on December 11, Gangtok on December 13, and Bangalore on December 14, 2025.

The band– comprising Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa and Lee Ryan –previously announced 2023 appearance in Shillong was postponed, but their return this year comes with updated planning and infrastructure. The concert, promoted by Assam-based company Fukra, is expected to draw a wide audience from across the Northeast.

In Gangtok, Blue will headline the first-ever international concert at Paljor Stadium. The event coincides with Sikkim’s 50th Year of Statehood, making it a landmark celebration that blends music, culture, and tourism. Blue will share the stage with K-pop royalty Everglow, offering fans an unprecedented double-headliner experience that merges two global pop culture on one stage.

The Gangtok and Bangalore shows are organised by Rockski Event & Media Group, with the Gangtok concert also supported by SONJU Pvt Ltd and the Government of Sikkim.

The tour’s grand finale will take place in Bangalore on December 14 at Phoenix Marketcity, under the banner ‘Blue Christmas in Bengaluru’. Known for its vibrant music scene, Bangalore has long been one of the band’s largest fan bases in India. The final concert is expected to provide a fitting close to Blue’s India debut.

Blue’s 25th Anniversary World Tour celebrates two and a half decades of their extraordinary journey — from chart-topping albums and international awards to a global fan base that has grown across generations.

The India shows are part of their Asia-Pacific tour and mark a long-awaited connection between the band and their passionate Indian fans.

Tickets for all three concerts has gone live from today at 1.30 pm. Tickets for the Shillong and Gangtok shows will be available via District by Zomato, while the Bangalore concert will be ticketed through Skillbox. Organisers have announced that limited passes will be available, and early booking is recommended.
