Days after the horrifying incident of ragging of a Class 10 student at the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Williamnagar, the authorities of the school have rusticated five senior students for their involvement in the incident.
The five Class 11 students were rusticated after the school authorities found them to be involved in assaulting the Class 10 student who is currently in Tura Civil Hospital for medical treatment.
Moreover, the school authorities have also sent home all 22 Class XI boys, who allegedly witnessed the assault.
The 22 witnesses were sent home till completion of the inquiry on the ragging incident.
