Shillong, Feb 20: My Bharat, Shillong has brought a group of 37 youth from Mizoram to Meghalaya for an exchange visit as part of the Inter State Youth Exchange Programme.
The inaugural function was held today at the Youth Hostel in Shillong. This marked the official launch of the initiative aimed at empowering and engaging youth through meaningful programmes and community development activities.
In the five-day exchange visit, the Mizoram youth will visit Don Bosco Museum, take a trip to Sohra and attend lectures from different resource persons.
The speakers at the inauguration highlighted the importance of having such youth exchange programmes to spread knowledge about different cultures and states. The valedictory function will be held on February 23.
