Three drug traffickers were arrested in the city today and 26.61 grams of heroin was seized from them.
Acting on a tip off, the Anti-Narcotic Task Force (ANTF) arrested Ronald Laloo (24), Thangboi Paite (46) and Banphiralang Shabong (41) from Lumjingsuk Block-A, Madanrting.
From their possession, 26.61 grams of heroin, cash Rs 31,380, four mobile phones, three soap cases, five golden tin containers, four vials, one syringe, one TVS Scooty and one Hyundai i-10 car (red colour) were seized.
A case was registered against the three persons at Madanrting police station under Sections 21 (b), 25, 27 and 29 of IPC.
