Three winners of the declamation contest on “Patriotism and Nation Building” will represent the State at the national level declamation contest to be held this month before the Republic Day celebrations.
Lakyntiewshisha Tang from West Jaiñtia Hills, Ibakordor Khriemmujat from East Khasi Hills and Melita Maring from Ri Bhoi were declared winners in the first, second and third positions respectively in the contest organised by the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Meghalaya at the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides conference hall today.
Out of seven, four NYK districts participated in the contest.
