      One Idismary Nonglang, a resident of South West Khasi Hills, has filed an FIR with police alleging that her teenage daughter has been kidnapped.

      In her complaint, Nonglang said that the 14-year-old girl went missing on the evening of August 28. She suspects that the girl was abducted by one Moiiabul Ali.
