In its continued drive against illicit liquor, the Excise Department staff of East Khasi Hills conducted raids in restaurants and stalls in the town and its outskirts where 17 cases were uncovered in January wherein 234 litres of indigenous liquor and 317.14 litres of IMFL were seized.
